Q: How do I place an order?

✔ Select your preferred product, shade, variant, or quantity and add it to your cart.
✔ Proceed to checkout and provide your correct name, phone number, and delivery address.
✔ Our team may confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Q: How long does delivery take?

✔ Inside Dhaka: Approximately 1–3 business days
✔ Outside Dhaka: Approximately 3–5 business days

Delivery is handled through Pathao, Steadfast Courier Service, or another approved delivery partner. Timelines may vary due to holidays, weather, remote locations, or courier-related delays.

Q: Do you offer nationwide delivery?

✔ Yes. Zoya’s Glow delivers to all serviceable districts across Bangladesh.

Q: Can I return a product after receiving it?

✘ Opened, used, or unsealed beauty products cannot be returned for a change of mind due to hygiene and safety reasons.

✔ However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, leaking, or expired product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the parcel and product. After verification, we will provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Q: When can I refuse a parcel?

✔ You may refuse the parcel at the time of delivery if it appears visibly damaged, opened, tampered with, or the delivery information does not match your order.

✔ Please notify the Zoya’s Glow support team immediately so we can investigate and assist you.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?

✔ Yes. Exchange requests may be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

✔ The product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and returned with its original seal, packaging, labels, and accessories.

✔ Exchanges are subject to product inspection and stock availability.

✔ For a change-of-mind exchange, the customer may need to pay the return and redelivery charges. If the exchange is required because of an error by Zoya’s Glow or an eligible product issue, we will arrange the appropriate solution.
